I'll make this straight to the point. We had an appointment at 3:30 for my dog to come in and get her shots. Yes we came in early and that didn't seem to be a problem. However, having us wait in that room for a long period of time (45 minutes) with no one bothering to check up on us or to even inform us of the delay is unacceptable. I understand that sick animals that require attention can be important, but i'm not sitting in a room while my dog is whining and crying and no one is letting us know what is going on....that's cruel. The point is communication, which never happened. On the subject of sick dogs, When my dog was really sick, they were still open at the time. When I got close to there they said the doctor left, therefore no one can be seen. This absolutely defeats the purpose of even being open during that time. What is the point of even being open if there is zero providers there to take care of a patient. Because of the latter I would have forgiven it, however since this experience is now back to back, I will be finding another provider. I would have given one star but they reached out via text message to apologize for what happened. Do better.
