This was my second time using this pet hospital. You have to wait at first as you arrive and park in order. Someone will walk out of the trailer and ask you questions about your pet and why you are here. They will answer them for you after speaking with a staff member. Clear on the treatment and cost involved. Very reasonable pricing. We brought our Turkish Angora Lady twice now. We had some medication prescribed and for a fair price. The young lady who helped us was very clear, helpful and easy to understand. She answered all questions before we proceeding and explained the meds usage very clear. I wish I remembered her name. But it was late and we have receive great advice explained by employees who truly care. We will always be using this pet hospital as long as we can save some money. Thank you again Boonsboro Veterinary Hospital. Lady is doing well because of your loving and caring staff. I also made a donation because of her great attitude and love for our cat.

My lab has epilepsy and my shih tzu has skin allergies, so we have to go in to the vet quite a bit. Most of the staff is delightful, except for one particular person. He is mostly kind to my animals which I appreciate, but he's unnecessarily hostile with me sometimes. It's hit or miss whether he's going to be pleasant or snippy. Most of the attitude occurs because of miscommunications on THEIR end (charging me extra because I was "undercharged" at a previous visit, pet meds taking weeks to get sent to the pharmacy causing medication lapses, etc). But if I politely ask questions about said miscommunications, I'm met with hostility. It's a shame because everyone else there is so kind and sweet and I look forward to seeing them at my pets' appointments.
