If I could I would give them zero stars. The manager made a mistake, she wanted to charge me $400 for a health certificate that I didn't need for traveling to Canada, she did not like it when I told her in a polite way that she was wrong. They did not register my dog when the ID chip was installed at their office, they told me that they will register her. When my dog got diarrhea on three occasions they didn't want to see her, they sent me to an ER vet. The manager called me and told me in a rude manner that I was not happy with their services so she email me my dogs records and terminated her as a patient. My dog is a healthy 7 years old. My dog was their patient since she was around two months old. She has insurance that covers her vaccines, now I can not use it, because they terminated her. They are the once making mistakes. I always paid the bill at the time of the appointment. I was always polite when I related my concerns. I have another vet now that I can take my dog when she gets sick, and the manager is nice.
