We always have great experiences with Hickory. We have used them for their vets, and now we are using them for their behavioral specialists.

We just moved into town and happened to drive by this veterinary clinic, so I scheduled an appointment for my dog and cat. My dog had a couple of issues after moving here, so she needed to be looked at. They were so incredibly kind and thorough, and made my dog and me feel relaxed. It was refreshing to find a great vet so quickly upon our arrival. The staff is super responsive and super friendly. You cannot go wrong picking this vet.

Quite unfortunate that this is the second time I've dealt with hickory first time was over the phone. The staff didnt even take a moment to give me recommendation for a place for my dog then bringing her in in person and being a hospital I was hoping to get my dog seen. I picked up on uncomfortable behavior which is quite alright. My dog was barking from being uncomfortable from her scratching issue. My fur baby is most important to me and I cant believe a place like a hospital couldn't help us sorry but im quite disappointed all the way around. But then they recommended me to a place that has been getting bad reviews as well. Me and my dog deserve better I believe.

My buddy Hank of 12 years passed. He was taken to Hickory Vet for cremation. The staff were the nicest most compassionate people who I’ve never met before. I could barely get his name out and they knew. When I “picked”him up, I never imagined there would be that much care in how I received him. Thank you all so much. When it’s time for my next buddy, Hickory Vets will be on the list for its vet visits.

Would highly recommend, they have taken care of all of our family animals, friendly, knowledgeable, and treat our four-legged family members as if they were their own
