They don’t answer their phones when you call. You book an in-room appointment online but they will call to tell you they only do drop-offs. They’ll tell you too call back but they won’t answer.

I called the Greenbelt Banfield out of the blue at 10:30am to get my dog his rabies shot because it had expired 19 days prior. They were thankfully able to give me an appointment for 2:45pm the same day. When I arrived they greeted me and my dog so very respectfully. The check-in process was seamless. I was informed that there wouldn't be a cost for his rabies shot because of his Wellness plan. We were done and walking out within 30 from the time we entered. Before we reached home, I received a follow-up call from the extremely polite and caring Dr. Sanders to discuss her findings with my little guy. This was a much appreciated call. Her concern and love for the patients she takes care of was quite evidently shown during that 10 minute call. We are so very happy that we chose PetSmart and Banfield for all our pet's needs for the 13 years we've had him.
