Animal Care Center And Pet Resort

We have been going to animal pet care and resort for 12 years. Both dogs have always been treated very well by the experience staff. Everyone is friendly and I certainly feel like my pets are in good hands. Mr. Matt and Miss Jen are Rocky's favorites.

I can’t say enough good things about Animal Care Center. My kitty gets extremely anxious and can become aggressive at the vet, and even with gabapentin, he can be very difficult to handle. I was so worried about him when he suddenly became sick, especially because I was scared he could have an obstruction and knew he needed X-rays. Dr. Anderson went above and beyond to make sure Pumpkin was handled with as much care, patience, and compassion as possible while still being able to get the diagnostics he needed. She and Dr. Beavers worked so hard to get the X-rays done without having to sedate him, which I really appreciated. They were incredibly gentle and never made me feel like Pumpkin was “difficult” or a burden to deal with. I was extremely anxious and worried throughout the whole process, and they took the time to make me feel heard and reassured while doing everything they could for Pumpkin. It meant so much to me to see how patient, loving, and dedicated both Dr. Anderson and Dr. Beavers were with him. I’m so grateful for the care my cat received and for the fact that they went the extra mile to find a way to help him while keeping his stress and safety in mind. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and the people who love them. Thank you so much to Dr. Anderson, Dr. Beavers, and Dr. Phillips for always handling my crazy orange cat with care!

The best ! Everyone is always so nice very helpful and caring not only for the patients but their families too .
