Professional Executive Services

We scheduled our first visit and arrived on time, but after waiting over 45 minutes with no update, we asked whether our dog would be seen soon. The staff member responded in a very cavalier manner, saying she would be seen “when they call her.” When we asked whether such long waits were normal, she replied with a very strong “Yes.” The tone and attitude were extremely unprofessional. From what I understand, the owner believes they can operate this way because there are limited veterinary options in the area. That may be true, but it doesn’t justify treating clients — or their animals — with disregard.
