Not a great experience at all. Exam room was very dirty and had to ask assistant to clean it. The whole office smelt bad. I waited in the exam room for over 40 mins. And requested copies of my cats xray which I had to call multiple times over 2 days to get it. They weren’t organized at all. I also had issue with first time exam charge. I will not be coming back, this office is unorganized and unprofessional. Only good thing was vet herself. She was very nice.

I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment. As a first time client, I checked in from my car, waited about 5 minutes, and was then taken to a room. However, I ended up waiting over 40 minutes in the room, which was very frustrating, especially while trying to keep my cat calm and prevent her from getting out. The exam table was also visibly dirty, with brown stuff all over it, and I had to ask the assistant to clean it. The vet itself also had a very strong unpleasant odor. When I originally called to make the appointment, I specifically asked about the $1 new patient exam fee and was never told it didn’t apply to sick cats. I was only bringing my cat in because of her hacking. They did remove the fee after I brought it up, but I feel this should have been explained when I called. I also paid for X-rays and requested copies, but never received them and had to call multiple times to finally get them. Unfortunately, as a first time client, this experience was very disappointing, and I will not be returning. The one positive is that the veterinarian herself was very nice and took the time to explain the X-rays to me.
