Thank you so much to everyone here! Sonny always gets so nervous and anxious at his vet appts and everyone here was so friendly and he was very comfortable which never happens! Good check up and then some park time left him very happy THANK YOU!
The staff, manager and Drs are always so polite helpful and care deeply about the client and animal, have been bringing my cats here for over 10 years.
Office staff is great, but: Covering vet Dr Zakai ruined it. Strike 3. He approached my dog inappropriately putting his fist in her face scaring her then proceeded to tell me he knows my dog better than me despite never seeing her before. He acused me of pulling on her leash when it was my dog that backed up away from him. I said it was arrogant to assume he knew my dog better than me. He told me if i wanted to see arrogant to look in the miiror. How about i take my dog and go elsewhere. The other vet Dr. L on the last visit yanked Libbys leash from me and yanked on Libby who was terrified. Dr. S. Seems to like dogs but dislikes me. Never answers a question or even a greeting when entering the exam room. Their prices are too high for me. Interestingly, they print a blurb on statements warning anyone from being rude or abusive to their staff. What about the rudeness or inappropriate behavior of their doctors? Never again. My dog has been through too much to be subjected to this.
Honestly, this was the worst veterinary service I have ever experienced. I brought my baby here for years because I trusted them. I believed they would care for her, listen to me when something was wrong, and treat her like the family member she was. Instead, I feel like I trusted the wrong place for far too long.
The front-desk staff were rude, nasty, and completely lacking in compassion. It is unbelievable how they treat people who are already scared, stressed, and worried sick about their pets. When your fur baby is suffering, the last thing you need is an attitude, being brushed off, or made to feel like you are bothering them. That is exactly how I felt.
Over time, I noticed my baby getting worse, and my concerns did not feel taken seriously. I kept bringing her back because I wanted to do everything possible for her, but now I am left with nothing but anger, heartbreak, and regret. A veterinary office is supposed to be a place where you feel supported and where your pet receives careful, compassionate care—not a place that leaves you feeling ignored and helpless.
My baby was not “just a dog.” She was my child, my companion, and a huge part of my life. She deserved patience, urgency, respect, and people who genuinely cared about her well-being. I deserved to have my questions answered without being treated badly.
I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. Please do not blindly trust them just because they have been around for years or because you have already been bringing your pet there. Ask questions. Pay attention. Get a second opinion if your gut tells you something is wrong. Your fur baby cannot speak for themselves, so you have to speak up for them.
I wish I had listened to my instincts sooner. I am completely heartbroken and furious over what my baby and I went through.
This has been one of the most heartbreaking and upsetting experiences I have ever had with a veterinary office. I brought my precious baby here for years because I trusted them and believed they truly cared about animals. Looking back, I cannot ignore how much worse she seemed to become over time, and I am devastated that I trusted this place for so long.
The front-desk staff were repeatedly rude, cold, and dismissive. When you are worried about a sick pet—someone you consider family—you deserve kindness, patience, and compassion, not attitude or the feeling that you are a burden. I left feeling unheard, frustrated, and deeply disappointed far too many times.
My fur baby deserved better. Pet parents deserve to have their concerns taken seriously and to be treated with respect during such emotional and frightening moments. Instead, this experience left me angry, heartbroken, and questioning whether the care and urgency my baby needed were ever truly there.
I would strongly urge other pet owners to do thorough research, ask questions, seek second opinions, and carefully consider their options before trusting this office with their beloved fur babies. I wish I had done so sooner. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET! BEWARE!!!!
