We have found wonderful staff- front desk to vets - that assist with our pets' needs. Appointments are accomodating and the follow-up is appreciated. Updated about 6mos later: Dr Heard was very attentive, listening to our description of Fiona's current behaviors and why she appeared so much better at this health recheck. The dr was very much aware of Fiona's age and general health as well as her recent ER visit. We [Fiona too!] were treated kindly, with courtesy, and respect.
