West Friendship Animal Hospital has the best Veterinarians I have ever experienced! Dr Estelle Ward and her team of Veterinarians TRULY care about your animals health and well being. Their empathy and expertise is unmatched. They are a highly Advanced General Veterinary practice. The doctors, the technicians and the receptionists are all wonderful! These doctors have saved my animals lives! West Friendship Animal Hospital makes you and your animals feel like family. My older dog has had multiple surgeries yet every time he walks through their front door he's howling/screaming with joy and excited to see everyone. And that's because animals sense energy! And the energy at West Friendship is kind, loving, gentle and honest. There is no other business that I could give a higher recommendation than I give for West Friendship Animal Hospital. These doctors and staff are absolutely the best and I encourage you to take your animals to see them! Your animals will thank you.

Update: Athenas skin has cleared up, she ended up getting a tplo surgery & had a mast cell tumor, grade 3, my other dog Leia had a mast cell tumor, grade 1 but everyone has been absolutely amazing & my girls are healthy & happy. Dr. Gibbons, Dr. Risolliti are the best ❤️❤️❤️ I can't say enough about Dr. Ani & how much she & her staff care for my girls. Athena, my gsd/pittie mix, has been having a major rash on her belly for a long time now & we've tried treatments with little to no success. This last time, her belly was so infected that her nipples were crusted with scabs. When I got her to the vet, I noticed these scabs on her back & her fur was just falling out & started freaking out a bit bc I was scared it could be cancer. Dr. Ani was so comforting & assured me that she didn't think it was cancer but to be sure she did blood work & stool tests. She gave her a long-term steroid & and antibiotic, which has almost cleared Athenas belly up. All the tests came back normal. West Friendship has the best veterinarians who truly care about your babies. It's a bit of a drive for me & can be expensive, but I know that they will never recommend something that they themselves wouldn't recommend or do for their babies. Vets get a bad rap sometimes for being so expensive & not really caring, but this staff is not like that at all.

This is the best vet clinic in the area. I love them so very much. They take the time to listen to you and they don’t try to upsell you. Take it from me as I’ve gone through four other vets in the area. These people actually care.
