Very good experience as of October 2026. Dr T. Heck was very thorough, pays a lot of attention to detail, asks important questions and offers solid advice. Highly recommend Chadwell animal hospital. It will be busy. But the care will be quality.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Gold for the first time as a brand-new primate mom, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He was absolutely wonderful; so kind, sweet, knowledgeable, and patient. He made me feel comfortable and confident, and it was clear from the beginning that he truly cares about his patients and their owners. He was also very prompt and responsive when I needed him, which meant so much to me as a new primate mom with questions and concerns. I’m incredibly grateful to have found such a knowledgeable and compassionate veterinarian. I’m already looking forward to our next visit with Dr. Gold…hopefully a nice, uneventful well visit and many more to come! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing veterinarian.
