Dr. Hebner is great, and that is where the positives end. On two occasions, several months apart, I called for urgent care for my dog(s). I was told they had no room for a week and to take them to a pet ER. The reason I was given by Jocelyn in the front desk was that they did not have “enough vets”. The last time that I called, first thing in the morning on a weekday, I was told yet again they couldn’t see my dog after she had been in the ER the night before. Jocelyn said what we pay for is a “Wellness program”, not access to urgent veterinary care. Again she told me to take my dog to the ER. After many years, and several dogs, we switched practices that same day. We now go to a practice where they are responsive and caring, and their front desk person does not treat us like we are doing her a favor by being clients. Jocelyn’s rudeness and insensitivity was the last straw for us. There are better practices out there. I am grateful that we now go to one.

They are the best when it comes to pet care. We’ve been lucky enough to have our pets see Dr. Hebner and honestly the care he gives them is outstanding. We recently had one of our pets pass, and Dr. Hebner was so helpful in the entire process. Not only does everyone have compassion and care, they’re genuinely there to help you and make sure your pets get the best possible care. Cannot recommend them enough!
