I noticed my cat having bathroom problems on a Saturday morning and was more than pleased to see Banfield was not only open, but also had appointments available. I was able to drop Finn off, got several phone calls throughout the day with updates and pricing, and by that afternoon we had a diagnosis and medicine. I appreciate the Dr coming to speak with me in detail before we went home. He's feeling so much better-thank you for all you do!!

The customer service is always great and the monthly payment plan is so convenient & affordable. Not to mention, I had an outstanding balance with them from a previous pet and, after I paid the balance, they allowed me to re-enroll into another Wellness plan.

It’s very unfortunate for both the staff and patrons that Banfield allows corporate to regulate scheduling without having accurate, real-time availability for the individual location. This creates unnecessary frustration for everyone involved, and I really hope this scheduling issue is addressed. This is what deducts a star from my review. That being said, this Banfield location operates beautifully on the ground, and I consistently have a great experience when I’m there. The staff does an excellent job despite the scheduling challenges, and Sierra, in particular, is a phenomenal receptionist! She is always wonderful to interact with and truly deserves recognition.
