A nice little clinic! First up, the support staff was fantastic! Super friendly and every one of them obviously loved animals. You spend so much more time with the staff than the vet, so a good staff is important. Particularly impressed with the assistant, who made friends with my little orange cat even though she likes approximately three people, and was super friendly and explained everything. Dr. Massenburg was wonderful too. Diagnostics are still out, but Dr. Massenburg gave my cat some antibiotics and a vitamin shot that has her feeling perkier already. I'm glad that I decided to give them a chance, and I will be back.

I love Dr. Messenberg and the staff here. They’ve cared for my little fur baby forever! And she’s 17 and a half years old and pretty darn healthy for that age thanks to this clinic. Be patient, they have a small staff. But what they lack in size, they more than make up for in care and compassion.

This place has really gone downhill. It is not very clean, they do not use gloves when handling the animals. The front desk staff has a bunch of attitude, and pets behind the counter consistently (maybe emotional support?). The vet likes to use scare tactics to try and get you to spend unnecessary money on overpriced procedures. The vet isn't very forthright with information or recommendations either - aside from shelling out hundreds to thousands for procedures. To top things off, they don't even accept animal insurance. What a money grab and scam! If you care about your animals, and your money, find another option.
