Made an appt online. Show up for our appt and they have no record of it. Showed them my appt confirmation, they say there's nothing they can do other than schedule an appt 2 weeks from now. I explained that it's a sick appt for a 6 week old kitten, so we need something sooner than later. Asked if they could recommend anywhere as we are new to the area. They did and said to bring her back as soon as she is well again.

Banfield pet hospital treated my Lola baby with very good care yesterday. Also, they recommended a good dentist for her as well! 5 stars!
