We've been taken our highly reactive dog here for care the last year. Dr. Zimmerman and Sandy have been great at helping her feel safe and to try to make vet visits less scary. They are very sweet with our dog. The entire staff is lovely and we are grateful for their kindness and gentle care.

We love Dr. Z and her team. We transferred our dogs' care to Ruxton to be closer to home a few years ago. My big lab mix hated the vet's office before, but she absolutely loved Ruxton. The staff have so many treats ready, and high prized one at that! There was no need to drag her in through the entrance, she was pulling us in! Ruxton was where she was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, and they help guide all of our referrals to specialists and supported us when she had to get an amputation. She ended up crossing the rainbow bridge last month, and the staff were so kind. It really does feel like they are family.
