I recently took my dog there to be seen and was extremely disappointed. John Fioramonti DVM was who examined Ava. She was barely given an exam, they didn't run any test. Just walked her up and down a short hallway, took her temperature prescribed her an outdated medicine (Diamycin) that veterinarians don't even use anymore and charged me four hundred dollars for it all. Well tonight after all of that I ended up having to go to the Pet ER and they were extremely thorough with the exams performed. I had to put Ava down this evening due to the medicine that was previously given to her. I took her in for weakness in her left leg and minor diarrhea. Dr. John did say that he felt a tumor but that was it. Nothing further but have her take these meds. The meds made it so Ava couldnt urinate and it turned her diarrhea into plaster and now nothing was moving and her stomach swelled. She was thirteen and her death was inevitable but this office could've done way better than they did. From the beginning when I got there. I scheduled an appointment for 5pm and they were late by 45 minutes getting her seen. Just a bad experience all the way around with this Vet. Go to Pet ER instead. They are thorough and they treat you and your loved ones with respect, love and kindness.

The place is loud and outdated, but you'll never find a sweeter and more caring pair of Vets, especially with my rather complicated cat, Dr F was the best. One time we had something minor go wrong at the office with my cat, and he not only called me throughout the day to check on her, but offered to watch her overnight in his own home if she wasn't doing well. I am sad that we moved such that he will no longer be her doctor.

Why can't I give a zero? In my opinion, there is no way they have a 4.0 rating. Too many bad ratings for 4.0 to be the average. This vet HARMED MY FRIEND'S CAT! THEN THEY CHARGED HIM HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO TREAT THEIR MISTAKE! His cat is still very ill. The vets forces vaccines on clients when their pets are geriatric and had enough vaccinations to last nine lives. They don't even offer to take a titer instead. The vets should make an informed and intelligent decision about individual pets' needs. We put our trust in them and now this nightmare they created. Vets should not make pets sick. My friend's cat was fine until the wellness check. Our pets deserve to live without pain and suffering. Also, thed office is awful--dirty, outdated and depressing.
